Description & Objectives:
Aboriginal Entrepreneurs from various backgrounds were selected to give a brief business pitch to a panel of Canadian business leaders. The panel determined which Aboriginal Entrepreneur won the 1st Place Award and prizes for the winning business pitch. Prizes and awards were also provided to the 2nd and 3rd place winners, and certificates of achievement were provided for all competitors.

The audience and competitors enjoyed an opportunity to observe different sales presentation styles and learn about inspiring creative business ideas being pursued by other Aboriginal Entrepreneurs. In addition, they observed how established business leaders assessed the potential of a business idea to succeed. Judging panel included Dr. Marie Delorme, Stewart Anderson, and Orene Askew.
