All sessions, workshops, events and activities were experiential and active, including Cultural Sharing and Storytelling, Large Groups Sessions, Small Group Sessions, Presentations, Panels, Focus Groups, Question and Answer Sessions, and Expert Sessions, Entertainment and Active Networking.

- During scheduled breaks, the refreshments and food were provided within the tradeshow area.
- The Tradeshow Hunt & Gather Competition provided attendees with specific tasks and goals for their active visits to the tradeshow on an ongoing basis. All Summit participants were provided with a Tradeshow Hunt & Gather sheet that contains a series of tasks they need to complete that are related to the tradeshow. The first 10 participants to complete all of the items on the Tradeshow Hunt & Gather sheet were entered into a draw to win a prize, where one person was chosen at random.
